Supports the financial and operational performance of large-scale construction projects by managing costs, budgets, forecasts, schedules, earned value metrics, productivity data, dashboards, and performance reporting. Conducts variance and critical path analyses, maintains data accuracy, prepares project updates, and collaborates with project managers, field teams, accounting, clients, and contractors to identify risks and improve project performance.

Supports construction project teams with equipment procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, subcontractor coordination, logistics, QA/QC, commissioning documentation, jobsite meetings, testing records, punch lists, and project closeout. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Leads cost control, forecasting, scheduling, earned value tracking, billing, change orders, compliance, dashboards, and performance reporting across construction projects. Monitors project health, aligns budgets and schedules, identifies risks, supports cash flow management, and communicates project insights to project teams, leadership, and clients.

Leads electrical construction projects from planning through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality, contracts, change orders, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinates field, engineering, BIM, procurement, and project controls teams while identifying risks and resolving constraints. Oversees project reporting, QA/QC, code compliance, team development, and performance alignment on large-scale or mission-critical projects.

Supports construction project teams from pre-construction through closeout by managing documentation, submittals, scope tracking, quotes, RFIs, drawings, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and closeout materials. Coordinates with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain accurate project information, facilitate site access and startup, and keep project execution on schedule.

Leads planning and scheduling across construction projects by developing and analyzing schedules, identifying critical path risks, assessing delays, and creating mitigation scenarios. Partners with project managers on WBS development, sequencing, forecasting, earned value analysis, and contractor schedule reviews. Communicates project status and risks to stakeholders, supports claims analysis and business development, and maintains standardized scheduling processes and quality controls.
