Lead end-to-end delivery for a high-volume federal helpdesk (100k+ monthly contacts) combining operational oversight and technical program management. Own SLAs/SLOs/QASP, manage multi-CLIN federal contracts, drive Agile/SAFe backlog and sprints, implement Amazon Connect platform enhancements and AI/automation, oversee ServiceNow integrations, optimize workforce and QA, and lead innovation, transition, and stakeholder reporting with CMS clients.

Lead migration from Oracle Service Bus to MuleSoft and design, develop, test, and debug MuleSoft integrations and APIs. Drive Anypoint Platform adoption, create reusable assets and standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support performance and scalability, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Develop and maintain DCMA-compliant technical schedules for EHR interface deployments. Serve as Product Analyst/Scrum Master for a federal health IT team: elicit and document requirements, maintain Jira backlog, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, ensure BDD/Gherkin acceptance criteria and traceability across Jira/Confluence/TestRail, coordinate production run cycles, manage dependencies/risks, support change control and program increment planning, and report sprint metrics to stakeholders.
