The Controller manages month-end close, general ledger accuracy, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory and working capital metrics, and corporate reporting. The role provides financial insights to executive leadership, supports strategic planning, and collaborates cross-functionally. It also leads and mentors staff accountants and accounts payable personnel while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.

Manages assigned customer accounts, resolves issues, drives sales growth, and coordinates orders from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include inventory and shipment tracking, customer site visits, account planning, vendor quoting and relationships, Mill Test Report approvals, non-conformance support, recordkeeping, and reporting account performance. The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and management while following HSE, QMS, and corporate policies.
