Own general ledger accounting, month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting. Manage treasury functions including cash reporting, forecasting, and intercompany transfers. Prepare financial reporting and analysis, support audits and tax compliance, and drive process improvements using ERP (NetSuite), Excel, and automation tools.

Lead FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, headcount modeling, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights for a global SaaS business. Build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, support month-end close, maintain data integrity, automate reporting with NetSuite and AI tools, and partner with executives and cross-functional teams on business performance and operational improvement.

Lead execution of sales enablement programs including AI for Sales, onboarding, training, content governance, sales tech administration, recognition/incentive programs, event support, and cross-functional reporting to improve seller readiness and tool adoption.

Own a portfolio of 300–400 Tier 2/3 customers as primary contact. Drive retention, renewals, and upsells in short sales cycles; route issues to internal teams; maintain CRM accuracy and share product updates to grow accounts.

Manage a caseload of 70–90 trading partner add-ons: onboard vendors to the TrueCommerce portal, coordinate setup and testing with internal teams, run status calls, and use NetSuite and Smartsheets to track progress. Remote role with up to 10% travel.
