Lead the launch and growth of Smart Factory Consulting in North America. Own market development, sales, P&L, operations, and customer acquisition while building and managing consulting teams. Position and expand the consulting portfolio, oversee project quality, manage executive customer relationships, represent the business at industry events, and coordinate with global stakeholders. The role requires manufacturing-industry expertise, business development success, team leadership, strong negotiation skills, and extensive travel.

Analyzes customer sheet metal manufacturing processes, equipment, material flow, logistics, and software workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Develops production concepts, automation solutions, software workflows, and shop-floor layouts with consultants, customers, sales, project management, and engineering teams. Supports sales by defining smart factory solutions and transitions orders to delivery teams. Requires manufacturing process analysis, lean methods, sheet metal fabrication, CNC equipment, and customer communication expertise. Travel is expected approximately 50%.

Present and sell TRUMPF software solutions by evaluating customer requirements, conducting demos/webinars, simulating customer parts, managing sales opportunities from quote to close, supporting trade shows, and performing competitive analysis. Travel within USMCA ~15%.

Install, configure, integrate, and support TRUMPF Oseon and TruTops Boost for Smart Factory automation. Plan with customers, configure machinery for data exchange, perform upgrades, troubleshoot remotely and onsite, and provide local support in Chicago and Farmington with up to 50% travel.
