Team members in the greater Seattle area have access to our onsite daycare, Millenium Kids, for children 4 years old and under. Trupanion will pay for 1 child in the daycare, not including tax.

Leave for the birthing parent starts at 16 weeks with an additional 2 weeks if pregnancy complications arise. For the non-birthing parent, up to 12 weeks are provided for bonding time.

Trupanion's vision insurance plan with MetLife provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $20 copay. Lenses and glasses have a $0 copay if within the MetLife network.
