Manage MyTruv's consumer app social presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Plan, package, and post content, engage with comments and DMs, coordinate with UGC creators, grow and nurture community, and relay audience insights to growth and product teams.

Owning the mortgage business line end-to-end: P&L responsibility, set segment strategy, align go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS), hire and scale the team, drive revenue growth and executive relationships, and run operating cadence and forecasts.

Lead demand generation and PLG marketing to build and scale always-on programs and strategic campaigns. Own full-funnel ABM, paid, content, events, email, SEO, onboarding and conversion. Align with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success. Hire and enable a high-performing marketing team, manage budgets and forecasts, and optimize KPIs (MQLs, PQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI) to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Sell Truv's verification platform to mortgage lenders through consultative, product-led engagements. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, design integrations with POS/LOS and APIs alongside Product and Solutions Engineering, navigate complex buying committees, grow account adoption, and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.

Lead the Data Sources product roadmap for document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation. Drive metrics (parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, connection success, SLAs), write specs, engage clients, mentor PMs/engineers, and represent the platform externally. Prioritize document types, extraction models, reliability, and scalability to improve conversion, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across mortgage, tenant screening, and government use cases.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for government accounts post-sale: lead onboarding, design and integration, execute technical account plans, deliver training, monitor usage/health, drive adoption and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering.
