The Senior Accountant will support general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, financial close processes, acquisition and fixed-asset accounting, lease accounting, variance analysis, audits, and financial reporting. The role oversees transaction processing, supports integration of new locations, ensures GAAP compliance, and identifies process improvements. It requires strong analytical, organizational, Excel, and problem-solving skills, with in-office work in the Chicago area.

The Private Equity Vice President will evaluate investment opportunities through market and business analysis, source acquisition targets and management talent, support portfolio company add-on acquisitions and growth initiatives, and contribute across the investment process. The role works closely with TDP’s founding partners and senior team members, develops investment theses, makes fact-based recommendations, and builds relationships with business owners and management teams. It is a partner-track position based in Chicago or Dallas.

Evaluates acquisition opportunities and supports end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, investment review materials, proposal development, and transaction documentation. The role coordinates third parties, supports senior management and board presentations, and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced private equity-backed healthcare environment.

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and M&A accounting integration. The role will improve accounting processes, controls, and Sage Intacct usage while partnering with operations and finance leaders. Initially an individual contributor, the position will provide mentorship and eventually assume formal people-management responsibilities as the accounting organization grows.

Lead design, development and deployment of AI-driven capabilities for TDP and its portfolio. Identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business challenges into technical roadmaps, architect scalable cloud and data platforms, oversee end-to-end delivery, manage vendors and cross-functional teams, and advise executives on AI transformation and reusable platform development.
