Responsibilities include lab planning, client engagement, technical coordination, code and regulatory compliance, consultant coordination, QA/QC, presentations, business development support, and mentoring junior designers. The role requires strong Revit and technical documentation skills, multidisciplinary coordination, and experience delivering specialized environments in an integrated design-build setting.

Lead pre-construction and estimating for commercial interior projects from client engagement to contract award. Develop cost plans, run subcontractor tenders, manage budgets, identify value-engineering and constructability issues, present proposals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery while maintaining stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end commercial workplace design projects, manage senior client relationships, drive pitches and RFPs, mentor design teams, champion studio best practices and sustainability, manage design risks and collaborate across sales, preconstruction, and delivery to deliver technically excellent, innovative workplace solutions.
