Develop cost plans, run subcontractor tenders, manage budgets, identify value-engineering and constructability issues, present proposals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery while maintaining stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end commercial workplace design projects, manage senior client relationships, drive pitches and RFPs, mentor design teams, champion studio best practices and sustainability, manage design risks and collaborate across sales, preconstruction, and delivery to deliver technically excellent, innovative workplace solutions.

Lead multiple commercial workplace and interior construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Act as primary client contact, manage programme, budgets, risk and commercial performance, mentor project teams, coordinate with site superintendents, consultants and subcontractors, and help establish Unispace's Austin delivery presence.
