The Sr Boomi Integration Specialist develops integrations on the Boomi platform, mentors developers, provides technical guidance, and promotes platform adoption across teams.

Provide business systems analysis for a defined process area: elicit requirements, document processes and use cases, perform feasibility and cost/benefit analyses, assess system impacts, collaborate with stakeholders and IT, support end-user training, resolve process/system issues, and report project status.

Lead transitions and transformations for large managed services engagements, implementing new operating models, driving service modernization, automation/AIOps and measurable service quality and customer experience improvements while managing leaders and executive stakeholders.

Provide advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24×7 NOC. Handle Level 1 escalations, diagnose complex connectivity issues, perform network configuration changes, own Level 2 tickets to resolution, document root causes, produce operational reports, maintain device inventories and diagrams, and create runbooks and training for Level 1 analysts.

Administer and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers including imaging, patching, package management, and shell-level maintenance. Monitor systems, troubleshoot complex OS/service/connectivity issues, own Level 2 incidents through resolution and root-cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation/configuration data, create runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24x7 operations across rotating shifts and ensure compliance with export-control and authorization requirements.

Provide Level 2 Linux/Unix systems administration in a 24×7 NOC: troubleshoot OS/service/connectivity issues, perform patching/reimaging, manage packages, own incident remediation, monitor systems, produce reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Provide Level 2 systems administration and network monitoring for development, test, and production servers. Install, upgrade, and license software; troubleshoot host and network issues; perform daily system monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping; recommend and implement solutions; and create user documentation and training materials.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC support: administer and harden Windows servers, troubleshoot OS/Active Directory/connectivity issues, monitor systems, remediate incidents, manage software/agents, produce reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Provide Level 2 Windows systems administration and troubleshooting for development, test, and production servers. Perform patching, re-imaging, GPO configuration, OS hardening, software/agent management, monitoring, incident remediation, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and create runbooks to train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 operations on rotating shifts.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident remediation, and configuration support in a 24×7 NOC. Own escalated tickets, document root causes, produce reports, maintain network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 training.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC. Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.

Operate and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers: patching, re-imaging, package management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation. Own Level 2 tickets, perform root cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation and runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 rotating shifts and comply with export-control authorizations.

Provide Level 2 systems administration for development, test, and production servers with a Linux/Unix focus. Monitor network systems, troubleshoot hosts, install/upgrade software, re-image/debug servers, ensure compliance and licensing, produce operational reports, maintain system records, and create user how-to guides and training.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC support: administer and harden Windows servers, troubleshoot AD and connectivity issues, perform monitoring and patching, manage software/agents, own incident remediation, produce operational reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Perform Level 2 Windows systems administration for development, test, and production servers: troubleshooting AD and server connectivity, patching, re-imaging, GPO configuration, monitoring, incident remediation, reporting, documentation, and training Level 1 analysts.

Provide advanced Linux/Unix administration in a 24×7 NOC: troubleshoot OS/service/connectivity issues, perform re-imaging, patching, package management (yum/apt/rpm), monitoring, incident remediation, runbook creation, documentation, and train Level 1 analysts. Maintain compliance and operational reporting across development, test,and production servers; support rotating shifts.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC systems administration for development, test, and production servers: re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, OS hardening, AD and connectivity troubleshooting, monitoring and proactive remediation, software/agent management, incident remediation with root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and training/runbook creation for Level 1 analysts.

Design, deploy, and manage VMware virtualization and networking (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX‑T). Implement SRM and vSphere Replication for disaster recovery, operate stretched/metro clusters, perform capacity planning, monitoring, performance tuning, automation, and support complex datacenter and hybrid infrastructure projects in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

Administer and support IBM AIX, UNIX, and Linux servers including installs, patching, upgrades, monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, system hardening, and application server support. Collaborate with engineering, maintain documentation and procedures, and participate in on-call incident response for secure, high-availability environments.
