Lead the strategic design, integration, configuration, and optimization of healthcare marketing technology ecosystems. Architect connections among CRM, EMR/EHR, marketing automation, IVR, scheduling, and patient engagement platforms while ensuring HIPAA compliance, data governance, and scalable data flows. Translate client objectives into technical roadmaps, system architectures, integrations, and patient engagement workflows. Act as the primary technical consultant, presenting solutions to executives and coordinating with clinical, IT, compliance, marketing, and vendor teams.

Hands-on technical leader who guides engineering execution across client engagements: sets technical direction, enforces code quality, integrates AI-assisted tools into workflows, mentors developers, scopes solutions, and ensures projects are technically sound, performant, and delivered on schedule.

Leads analytics delivery across multiple clients, combining marketing data to evaluate performance, optimize investments, and inform growth decisions. Designs and implements advanced measurement approaches including attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement. Develops measurement frameworks, communicates insights to clients and senior stakeholders, partners with technical and marketing teams, supports new business, and mentors junior analysts.

Synthesize performance data across marketing, media, web, and client sources into narrative-driven reports. Use dashboards and generative AI to surface insights, recommend optimizations, support measurement frameworks and tests, and present findings to clients while collaborating with media, strategy, and content teams.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex healthcare client engagements: set design direction, create scalable design systems in Figma, run UX research and usability testing, champion accessibility and HIPAA compliance, facilitate client workshops, mentor junior designers, and iterate based on testing and analytics to deliver user-centered, business-aligned digital experiences.
