Supervises Data Services team focusing on data engineering and operations, ensuring alignment with IT policies, data governance, and operational reliability of data products.

The Supervisor manages an application development team, oversees projects, guides staff, ensures compliance with IT standards, and mentors junior members.

Responsible for developing and administering sales compensation programs, analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and training staff on compensation processes.

Reconcile and process individual and group insurance premium payments, research and clear suspense items, perform member-level reconciliations and terminations, generate refunds and correspondence, complete payment audits in Excel, and meet quality and productivity benchmarks while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Provide operational support for partner service workflows across ancillary products: research and resolve Salesforce and mailbox inquiries, validate benefits and enrollment data, maintain benefit grids and reports, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, document audit-ready case activity, identify process improvements, and contribute to SOPs and training materials.

Design, build, and support enterprise BI solutions including reports, dashboards, ETL/ELT, data marts, governed datasets and production support. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform complex data analysis and root-cause investigations, document lineage and runbooks, optimize solutions, enforce data governance, and provide technical leadership or mentorship for large-scale initiatives.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, define success metrics, drive alignment across channels (brokers, Blue Plans), manage launch roadmaps, enable sales/brokers, monitor adoption, and refine post-launch performance.
