Own and build targeted account-based demand generation for platform engineering and infrastructure buyers: design multi-touch ABM campaigns, manage paid channels and livestreams, align with sales/PMM/DevRel, and own pipeline reporting, budget allocation, and channel performance to drive qualified opportunities.

Design and launch the company’s first go-to-market enablement function: learning paths, certifications, onboarding cohorts, and ongoing technical and sales enablement. Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to convert technical content into repeatable programs, shorten new-hire ramp, measure enablement impact, and enable sellers, SDRs, and field engineers to sell to platform and DevOps audiences.

Own and execute a high-velocity social program for LinkedIn and X: plan and publish content, translate executive technical insights into thought leadership, manage community engagement, react to industry news, and provide live event coverage while upholding editorial quality and brand voice.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launches for vCluster Labs’ GPU and cloud-native products. Create sales enablement, content, partner marketing, and field-facing materials; coach sellers and turn field insights into deal-moving collateral. Serve as the founding product marketer and scale launch and enablement motions across product, sales, and ecosystem partners.

Lead architecture and execution of vNode runtime integration with containerd and the kubelet, define and test namespace-based isolation primitives, mentor engineers, run design reviews, operate internal tenant clusters, and represent the project in upstream communities and conferences.

Lead architecture and backend development for the vCluster platform by designing and implementing Kubernetes-native solutions in Go, owning features end-to-end, contributing to open-source, and solving deep systems challenges around multi-tenancy, isolation, and GPU infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end GPU-focused Kubernetes deployments from bare metal to production-ready vCluster environments. Configure and troubleshoot GPU nodes (GPU Operator, CUDA, RDMA/InfiniBand), CNI and storage (CSI, Ceph/Rook/Weka/Longhorn), validate managed K8s, produce playbooks, transfer knowledge to customers, and feed infrastructure learnings back to Product and Engineering while supporting pre-sales proofs of value.

Lead end-to-end post-sales customer success for vCluster: onboard customers, build success plans, drive adoption, articulate business value, run executive reviews, design deployment architectures, and own renewals and expansion while advocating customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Lead and build the finance and accounting function for a high-growth SaaS startup. Own FP&A and financial modeling, ensure accurate accounting and compliance, manage audits and month-end close, lead fundraising diligence and investor relations, partner with the executive team and Board, and influence product and sales decisions using unit economics. Hands-on operator expected to run models and query the data warehouse.

Own test strategy and automation frameworks across backend services and UI. Design and maintain scalable test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, influence architecture for testability, perform exploratory testing, and drive quality across engineering and product in a fast-moving startup.

Lead technical strategy for large enterprise pre-sales engagements, build Business Value Assessments, integrate LLM/AI workflows into discovery and architecture, mentor SEs, design scalable PoV templates, and relay customer requirements to Product and Engineering to drive roadmap decisions.

Architect and build core backend components of the vCluster platform by working deeply with Kubernetes internals. Write high-performance Go code, take end-to-end ownership from design to release, contribute to open-source projects, and solve complex systems and multi-tenancy problems for GPU and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
