Contract Senior Digital Visual Designer to produce on-brand digital assets for web, social, email, and ads. Translate briefs and brand guidelines into polished visuals, present concepts, iterate with stakeholders, maintain brand consistency, and manage timelines for multiple projects at up to 20 hours/week.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks-based data pipelines and ELT workflows; develop and document dbt models; define data modeling methodology; ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability; collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; provide technical guidance and deliver improvements to clients' data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and LLM-based systems. Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle, implement RAG and embedding pipelines, establish MLOps best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Lead enterprise data strategy and governance engagements; advise C-suite clients; design governance frameworks (MDM, metadata, data quality, access controls); oversee delivery, mentor leaders, drive business development and thought leadership; align modern data stack to business outcomes.
