Implement regional marketing and business development strategies for Chicago and Miami offices. Conduct research, develop content and pitch materials, manage events, identify speaking opportunities, track activities in InterAction CRM, and support attorneys' business development and reporting.

Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new business, matters, and lateral hires. Conduct in-depth research, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise firm leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter opening workflows, educate attorneys and staff, and participate in an on-call conflicts rotation.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys: manage calendars, travel, filings (PACER/ECF), prepare deposition and trial binders and exhibits, maintain confidential client files, support business development, and use document management and office software to produce and format legal documents.
