Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in a Private Wealth Planning practice: schedule and manage client execution meetings, handle billing/time-entry, maintain document and filing systems, draft routine correspondence, arrange travel/calendars, and deliver high-quality client service.

Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new business, matters, and lateral hires. Conduct in-depth research, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise firm leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter opening workflows, educate attorneys and staff, and participate in an on-call conflicts rotation.

Lead and develop teams designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting enterprise SaaS applications (M365, collaboration tools, ServiceNow). Oversee tenant and ServiceNow administration, align applications to business needs, manage projects, ensure security and governance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders and Information Security.
