Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of a power generating station, manage personnel and labor relations, ensure safety/environmental and regulatory compliance, oversee plant/FGD/coal yard operations, plan and schedule work, interface with vendors and respond to emergencies as needed.

Provide technical engineering support for gas and steam turbines, generators, and balance-of-plant equipment. Duties include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, outage planning and oversight, vendor coordination, economic justification for projects, and fleetwide rotating equipment support while collaborating with operations, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and external vendors.

Manage community affairs, sustainability initiatives, corporate giving, and external stakeholder relationships. Serve as media spokesperson, lead outreach events, support economic development strategies, advise executives, and resolve community issues impacting company operations.
