Supervise aggregate plant operations, including production scheduling, mine development, land stripping, reclamation, employee training, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement. Manage hourly personnel, support hiring and discipline, enforce OSHA and MSHA requirements, coordinate with plant management, and help control costs while meeting production goals. The role involves indoor and outdoor quarry work, hands-on repairs, operation around machinery, and daily use of a company vehicle.

Manages plant office administration, including customer truck orders, scale tickets, dispatch support, purchase orders, payables, time cards, deposits, inventory, reports, and month-end financial information. Serves as the plant contact for visitors and calls, coordinates with Human Resources and Safety, and supports multiple Illinois sites through travel. Reconciles payroll hours, analyzes costs and margins, and maintains office and plant materials.
