The role develops strategic enterprise adoption among Global 2000 and Fortune 500 customers, manages complex $250K+ deals, partners on renewals and expansions, and travels up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events.

Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving customer outcomes, retention, advocacy, and expansion. Lead onboarding, adoption, QBRs, executive conversations, account planning, and value realization. Identify expansion opportunities across teams, use cases, stakeholders, seats, and products while partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams. Use customer data to identify risk and growth opportunities, build multi-threaded relationships, and influence product and go-to-market strategy.
