Maintains and manages servers, network infrastructure, and IT systems; plans and supports infrastructure solutions; troubleshoots system and network issues; performs backups and disaster recovery; manages firewalls, antivirus, user accounts, permissions, and access controls; documents policies and procedures; and collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders.

Leads territory sales for trailer, truck body, upfit, and parts products. Develops customer relationships through in-person visits, identifies needs, prepares quotes, promotes products, drives upselling, maintains customer records, supports inventory recommendations, and may deliver parts using a company truck or personal vehicle. Requires trailer and truck body industry knowledge, customer-facing sales experience, strong communication, organization, and a valid driver's license.

Owns strategy and execution for Wabashs B2B ecommerce platform, defining roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment, go-to-market adoption, tracking measurable outcomes, mentoring junior PMs, and managing integrations and channel complexity to increase self-service orders and platform adoption.
