Leads process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives in a distribution center. Analyzes KPIs, eliminates operational losses, manages improvement projects, develops standard work, applies WPS methodologies, and drives sustainable savings. Partners with operational leaders, coaches associates, supports implementation of best practices, and supervises team development. Requires engineering education, process improvement experience, analytical skills, project ownership, and knowledge of simulation methods.

Manages facility-level training, continuous skills development, leadership development, and change initiatives. Coordinates training programs, maintains learning materials, measures program effectiveness, tracks required training, and supports quality, safety, and HR requirements. Leads project teams, develops communication strategies, coaches associates and leaders, promotes cross-functional learning, and monitors schedules, workloads, and deliverables while supporting organizational change and employee engagement.

Provides pharmaceutical and patient care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers, administering immunizations, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring HIPAA, legal, safety, quality, and pharmacy compliance. Leads and mentors associates, monitors patient safety and operational execution, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements corrective action plans while supporting customer service and business objectives.

Provides pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, maintaining confidential records, and managing controlled medications. Ensures pharmacy compliance with legal, regulatory, HIPAA, billing, safety, and quality standards. Leads and mentors pharmacy associates, monitors patient-care outcomes, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements corrective action plans. Requires a pharmacy degree, an active pharmacy license, and ACPE-accredited immunization training.
