Creates structural corrugated box samples and production specifications to support Sales Representatives. Discusses design needs, selects and draws appropriate designs, produces prototypes using CAD or hand-cutting, maintains specifications and records, and meets project schedules. Requires CAD or drafting education or equivalent experience, preferably 3–5 years in corrugated packaging, and familiarity with Artios CAD, Kongsberg tables, Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Performs production and assembly tasks while following safety and quality procedures, meeting build-rate and delivery targets, maintaining plant housekeeping, and collaborating with facility teams. Duties may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, labeling, and taping boxes. Requires attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8–10 hours.

Serve as first point of contact: answer phones, greet and direct visitors, take messages, distribute mail, support Executive Assistant and accounting, perform basic bookkeeping, and follow company policies. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Lead and develop the sales and design teams to drive sales volume, margins, and customer relationships. Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, credit controls, aged inventory, recruitment/training, sales reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate customer entertainment, expense approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Partner with site General Manager to deliver full-cycle HR services for manufacturing sites: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and workers' compensation administration, safety documentation and training recordkeeping, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees and support corporate HR on litigation, risk mitigation, and global HR projects.

Sell, service, and grow profitable accounts in a territory by hand-delivering quotes, prospecting new clients, maintaining regular customer contact, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting pipeline and expenses to sales leadership.
