Work on a corrugated packaging production line following safety procedures, building products to spec, maintaining productivity and housekeeping, and performing tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes to ensure on-time delivery.

Serve as first point of contact: answer phones, greet and direct visitors, take messages, distribute mail, support Executive Assistant and accounting, perform basic bookkeeping, and follow company policies. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Partner with site General Manager to deliver full-cycle HR services for manufacturing sites: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and workers' compensation administration, safety documentation and training recordkeeping, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees and support corporate HR on litigation, risk mitigation, and global HR projects.

Lead and develop the sales and design teams to drive sales volume, margins, and customer relationships. Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, credit controls, aged inventory, recruitment/training, sales reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate customer entertainment, expense approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Sell, service, and grow profitable accounts in a territory by hand-delivering quotes, prospecting new clients, maintaining regular customer contact, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting pipeline and expenses to sales leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned sites, partner with hiring managers on intake and selection, source and screen candidates, handle offers and preboarding, maintain talent pipelines and recruiting metrics, and support high-volume/manufacturing hiring needs.
