Own the full healthcare sales cycle across the South territory, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals. Build relationships with hospitals, sleep clinics, IDTFs, and dental practices; manage pipeline and CRM data; meet revenue targets; forecast results; and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success. The role requires expertise in healthcare sales, medical devices or remote patient monitoring, strong negotiation skills, and up to 50% travel.

Drive revenue across the Great Lakes by owning full sales cycle, building pipelines, closing deals with hospitals, clinics, and dental practices, managing CRM, forecasting, and collaborating with marketing and customer success. Travel up to 50%.

Collects and validates patient-level clinical data from primary care clinics, maintains run and SPC charts, prepares recurring reports, and supports PDSA improvement cycles. Uses Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools to clean data, synthesize feedback, identify trends, and improve workflows. Collaborates with clinic staff, project leads, and partners while ensuring data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and accurate reporting.

Lead a one-year, multi-site healthcare improvement initiative across eight primary care sites. Manage the program roadmap, stakeholder communications, PDSA coaching coordination, data collection and reporting, deliverables, site onboarding, partnership agreements, and HIPAA/data-sharing compliance. Track milestones, run charts, SPC dashboards, and quality improvement outcomes while coordinating clinical teams, leadership, and external partners.
