Coordinates mentor and journeyworker onboarding, training, engagement, professional learning, employer support, apprenticeship initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement. Supports grant-funded programs, develops learning resources, facilitates communities of practice, tracks outcomes, and coordinates project plans and stakeholder communications. The role requires knowledge of apprenticeship and workforce development, strong organizational and communication skills, data analysis ability, and experience managing multiple projects and partnerships.

Administer military and veterans benefit programs, including eligibility verification, attendance certifications, invoices, payment processing, records maintenance, and student communications. Liaise with the Department of Veterans Affairs, state agencies, and military entities to research and resolve claims, billing, and payment issues. Maintain confidentiality, ensure regulatory compliance, provide accurate benefit information, and support related departmental activities and projects.
