Lead the Birth–5th Grade ministry at the Huntley campus: recruit and develop volunteer leaders, partner with families, run safe and engaging weekend programs and events, and collaborate with campus and central teams to cast vision and grow a thriving kids ministry.

Seasonal Sunday role preparing, supporting, and restoring ministry spaces for services and events. Execute setup and teardown, perform janitorial tasks, cover service duties, and maintain safe, clean, and welcoming classrooms and worship environments. Requires reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift and perform manual tasks.

Lead and grow the Birth–5th Grade ministry at the Wheaton campus by recruiting, training, and developing volunteers; designing safe, engaging weekend programming and events; partnering with parents; casting vision with campus leadership; and building a thriving, spiritually intentional kids ministry where every child feels known and loved by God.

Provide part-time executive administrative support to campus pastors: manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, recruit and lead administrative volunteers, handle data entry and purchase card reconciliation, and keep projects and day-to-day ministry operations running smoothly.

Lead and develop a volunteer technical arts team and manage all production (audio, lighting, video) for weekend services and special events. Recruit, train, and coach volunteers, maintain and troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with pastors and worship leaders, and ensure consistent, distraction-free worship experiences.

Lead junior high and high school ministries at the Wheaton campus by casting vision, recruiting and training volunteers, creating engaging programs and events, supporting parents, ensuring student safety, and discipling students to take next steps in faith while collaborating with central students team and campus leadership.

Provide part-time executive administrative support to campus pastors: manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, handle communications, assist with budget tracking and invoices, maintain files, support volunteer safety and ministry coordination, and create smooth experiences for staff, volunteers, and congregants.

Lead and shepherd the 6th-12th grade ministry: design engaging programming, develop and equip volunteer leaders, partner with parents, build community relationships, and align with the Central Next Gen team and other campus Student Pastors.

Lead weekend worship services and pastoral moments, plan and execute services with Central Arts & Worship, recruit/train/disciples volunteer musicians, mentor youth worship leaders, collaborate with campus leadership, and provide pastoral care including weddings, funerals, hospital visits, and crisis support.

Provide full-cycle HR support across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compensation support, compliance, performance management, HRIS administration, FMLA/workers' comp, and offboarding while partnering with leadership and Finance.

Lead end-to-end video production for services, campaigns, and digital platforms: concepting, directing, shooting, and heavy post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics). Manage studio, equipment, crews, schedules, and collaborate across teams to deliver cinematic, mission-driven films that engage church and faith-exploring audiences.
