Leads forensic metallurgical investigations involving material degradation, corrosion, fracture, fatigue, welding, and material characterization. Performs and oversees laboratory and field testing, recommends repairs or replacements, manages projects and client relationships, develops business, mentors engineers, and provides technical leadership across interdisciplinary teams.

Summer interns support forensic engineering and architecture projects through site investigations, condition assessments, construction observations, field testing, data collection, document and code research, engineering analysis, and preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports. Interns work under licensed professionals at office, laboratory, construction, and field locations, gaining hands-on experience with existing structures and repair design.

Provides accounting and administrative support across billing, accounts payable, payroll, collections, and project accounting. Ensures accuracy of time entries, expense reimbursements, billing, and other financial data. Supports project closeout, handles phone and filing duties, and assists with developing entry-level accounting staff. The role requires moderate process analysis, limited judgment, confidentiality, communication skills, and general supervision.
