Serves as the day-to-day contact for franchisees, supports account managers, and helps grow revenue across an assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include upselling rate increases and marketing tools, maintaining Salesforce data and pipelines, supporting business reviews, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating restaurant training, monitoring closures, resolving client requests, and routing escalations. The role is hybrid in Chicago and requires strong communication, problem-solving, phone outreach, and client relationship skills.

Leads revenue systems requirements, backlog management, sprint planning, project prioritization, UAT, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery. Acts as the bridge between GTM teams and technical Salesforce administration and engineering teams. Oversees Salesforce and related revenue technology utilization, integrations, workflow optimization, vendor health, system adoption, and executive reporting on platform ROI and performance.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for advertising products, including positioning, packaging, commercialization, audience targeting, and product launches. Create merchant-facing ROI narratives, sales enablement materials, and advertising packages. Conduct market and competitive analysis, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive ad product adoption, merchant investment, and recurring advertising revenue.
