Responsibilities include identifying compelling stories, translating complex science into accessible narratives, writing and editing scripts and articles, guiding research through production, applying new storytelling technologies, and collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners while maintaining accuracy, editorial quality, and brand integrity.

Supports WuXi AppTec Biology business development by identifying client opportunities, managing CRM data, analyzing market and geographic information, preparing actionable sales insights, managing lead lists, conducting outreach, and assisting with proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. The role also supports conferences, trade shows, and broader revenue-generation activities while collaborating across internal and external teams.

Implements and maintains security technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, server, and mobile environments. Monitors alerts, investigates incidents, performs vulnerability assessments, develops detection rules, hardens systems, supports identity and access controls, automates security tasks, and coordinates remediation. The role also supports audits, security reviews, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with IT and security teams.

Drives regional sales growth for WuXi Biology by prospecting, developing customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, negotiating proposals, and closing new business. Partners with scientific and internal teams to deliver client solutions, achieve sales and profitability targets, manage customer relationships, and expand accounts. Represents the organization at conferences and facilitates customer travel to China. The remote role preferably supports East Coast coverage and requires significant client and conference travel.
