The Software Engineer - AI Systems will design and implement systems to coordinate LLMs, build testable software stacks, conduct research, and collaborate with team members to create AI-powered security solutions.

Build and operate full-stack systems for an AI-powered offensive security platform. Responsibilities include developing React frontends, TypeScript APIs, Kotlin and Go backend services, deploying on AWS, designing scalable systems, optimizing databases, supporting production, and owning features from concept through deployment. The role involves close collaboration with AI and security researchers in a fast-paced remote startup.

Leads XBOW’s corporate communications strategy, including media and analyst relations, executive thought leadership, internal communications, crisis response, and brand narrative. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on launches, funding announcements, and corporate milestones. Builds relationships with technology and cybersecurity press, tracks communications KPIs, and positions XBOW as a leader in autonomous offensive cybersecurity.
