Provides CNC technical expertise and customer application support for Yaskawa motion-control products. Develops customer relationships and value-added opportunities with sales teams, and delivers product, application, and process knowledge from concept through completion. The role requires CNC machine design experience, hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, G-code and CAD/CAM proficiency, PLC and motion-control programming, and exposure to C# and Windows WPF development tools.

Provides telephone and field-service technical support for industrial automation products, including drives, motion controllers, servos, CNCs, PLCs, and robotics. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installations, repairs, customer training, product and retrofit support, service reporting, CRM documentation, technical FAQ development, and mentoring. The role requires participation in rotational 24-hour on-call coverage, field travel, ongoing product certification, and customer-facing coordination with partners and service providers.

The Electronics Technician troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment, analyzes technical problems, develops reports, and maintains test equipment while supporting operational processes.

The Applications Engineer provides technical expertise to assist customers in using Yaskawa products, collaborates with the sales team, and requires knowledge of process automation and AC drives.

Design and troubleshoot custom electromechanical and mechanical systems from concept through prototype and production. Support liaison between design and production, document procedures, assist assembly/testing, provide customer support for new product introductions, and use proprietary and third-party software to control motion systems.
