The People & Talent Partner will advise on people-related matters, manage performance cycles, enhance employee experience, lead engagement initiatives, and support talent acquisition in a collaborative environment.

Lead end-to-end product design: discover, prototype, validate, and ship features. Conduct user research, synthesize insights, build fast prototypes (sometimes beyond Figma), collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, mentor designers, and help evolve the design system while prioritizing speed and product outcomes.
