Build and lead Zenobē’s North American demand-generation engine for fleet electrification. Establish lead definitions, scoring, routing, nurture, sales handoff, attribution, and funnel reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot. Plan and execute digital campaigns, events, webinars, content, PR, memberships, sponsorships, and potential partner marketing. Manage agencies and external resources, track qualified leads, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and cost per SQL, while collaborating with sales, product, regional, and global marketing teams.

Leads legal and compliance matters for Zenobē’s North American business, including commercial contracts, public procurement, grants, M&A, financing, construction, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. The role provides practical advice to senior leaders, personally drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, and builds scalable legal processes in a rapidly growing clean-energy company.

Lead origination and execution of turnkey EV, battery and charging finance transactions across B2B and B2G customers. Develop financial models, assess and mitigate project finance/P3 risks, prepare investment committee papers, manage commercial negotiations and contracts, and mentor junior team members. Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, BD, technical sales and delivery to ensure bankable transactions and successful bid submissions for public and private tenders.
