Provides onsite GxP laboratory computing consulting, requirements analysis, validation and compliance support, customer liaison services, and IT support for instrument-connected systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, Windows security policy implementation, change management, system validation, inventory management, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, process improvement, and operational reporting. The role requires collaboration with laboratory owners, business users, service teams, field engineers, and third-party vendors at a client site in North Chicago, Illinois.

Provides onsite laboratory IT support, requirements analysis, consulting, validation and compliance assistance for instrument-connected systems. Troubleshoots technology issues, supports Windows security policies, coordinates vendors and service groups, manages inventories and preventive maintenance, and advises customers on process improvements. The role also supports system design, implementation, change control, risk management, testing, and GxP-regulated laboratory workflows while serving as a technical liaison between laboratory stakeholders and third parties.

Lead hands-on technical delivery for a cross-functional product engineering pod. Design and implement Angular frontends, Python APIs, and cloud-native services while guiding engineers through architecture, code reviews, testing, releases, and production troubleshooting. Translate product requirements into maintainable designs and vertical slices, establish quality and security standards, manage technical debt, and collaborate with Product, QA, BA, and DevSecOps teams. Experience in regulated life sciences, clinical technology, and standards such as CDISC or USDM is preferred.
