What We're Looking For:

The purpose of this internship is to prepare students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide students with experiences that provide insights into a career with Zebra. Students will be positioned for success with training and hands-on experiences, invited to social and development activities, and provided a professional mentor relationship.
The Marketing Technology team drives continuous improvement and innovation to maximize the impact of people, processes and technology. Identifies, implements and maintains best-in-class marketing technology solutions to support Zebra’s strategy, execution and performance including the management of our demand delivery practice.
This marketing Internship at Zebra will provide you with the foundation to explore and apply for Zebra's Marketing Development Program (MDP). The MDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program offering employees the opportunity to learn from experts throughout the marketing organization at our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute a high-volume optimization initiative within Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) to align digital demand-generation assets with Zebra’s Global Forms Strategy and Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Form Standardization: Upgrade 1,750+ digital lead-capture forms in MCAE to comply with global data governance and brand standards
• UAT & Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing scenarios to validate lead-capture flows and form functionality
• Data Integration: Monitor lead analytics to ensure seamless, real-time data synchronization between MCAE and Salesforce (SFDC) Lead records
• Audience Segmentation: Re-architect dynamic segmentation rules in MCAE to map accurately to newly standardized fields
• Workflow Automation: Update marketing automation rules and engagement programs to leverage the new standardized data architecture 

This position requires hybrid work (3 days/week in office) in the Lincolnshire, IL office.

Required Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Web Development or relevant
• Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2027-2029
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Salary: USD $24.00 - $25.50/hour
