Position Summary

We are seeking a proven marketing leader with a strong background in franchise and multi-location marketing and deep expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has led national-to-local marketing programs in a Director of Franchise Marketing or Franchise Marketing Manager role and has successfully partnered with both corporate brand teams and franchisees to drive growth.

In this role, you will serve as the senior strategic lead for key accounts, overseeing the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that balance brand consistency with local market performance. You will work closely with CMOs, corporate marketing leaders, co-op boards, and franchise owners to deliver measurable results across channels.

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships with corporate marketing executives and local franchise operators.
  • Serve as an advisor on franchise marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between national campaigns and local market needs.
  • Facilitate communication between franchisor and franchisees to support program adoption and performance.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and other digital channels.
  • Balance brand standards with market-specific customization to drive engagement and ROI at the local level.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Power BI.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve results across the franchise network.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance-focused meetings with clients and internal teams.

Budget & Program Management

  • Manage national and local marketing budgets, including co-op structures.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact and meet KPIs.
  • Oversee internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a franchise or multi-location marketing leadership role (Director of Franchise Marketing, Franchise Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience managing cross-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, SEO).
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing national-to-local marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of franchise systems, co-op marketing models, and distributed budgets.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs, GA4, Power BI, and marketing automation tools.
