Role Overview

The Account Director is an individual contributor responsible for managing ID5’s largest and most complex enterprise accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and executive-level relationship management. The Account Director operates with full commercial ownership, focusing on driving profitable growth, renewals, and strategic expansions while representing ID5 as a thought leader in the AdTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level relationships with VP+ and C-suite clients across top-tier accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand revenue across multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Lead complex renewal and commercial negotiations, aligning client outcomes with ID5’s objectives.
  • Leverage industry relationships to open new opportunities and strengthen ID5’s market position.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure contractual and delivery excellence.
  • Represent ID5 at key industry conferences and client events.

Key Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience managing enterprise or global accounts in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and retention across large, complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen: understands client P&L, ROI, and strategic alignment.
  • Executive presence and communication skills, with a consultative and analytical mindset.
  • Deep industry connections across publishers, platforms, agencies, and data partners.

Success Metrics

  • Revenue Growth: Achievement of expansion and renewal targets.
  • Retention: 95%+ renewal rate across portfolio.
  • Forecasting: Clean and precise revenue tracking.
  • Strategic Impact: Influence on client roadmap and product alignment.

Travel

Up to 25% for client meetings, leadership offsites, and industry events.
