ABOUT LUDIA CONSULTING

Ludia Consulting is a fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner and FastTrack Recognized Architect firm specializing in Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and the Power Platform. We serve clients in Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, and Construction, delivering meaningful business outcomes and maintaining a 100% referenceable client base. We operate as a preferred co-sell partner within the Microsoft ecosystem and have built a proprietary AI platform deployed for clients and internally.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Account Executive, AI & Business Solutions is a hunter role built for a senior enterprise seller who is ready to own a market. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities while landing and expanding within existing accounts; building long-term relationships that compound over time.

This role operates at the intersection of Microsoft's Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and Copilot ecosystems and Ludia's delivery capability. You bring the relationships and commercial instincts; we bring the technical depth, FastTrack credentials, and co-sell infrastructure to win. You will run a full sales cycle, from initial outreach through executive alignment, scoping, commercial negotiation, and close , across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Logo Acquisition

  • Own and drive the new business pipeline: identifying, qualifying, and developing net-new enterprise opportunities in target verticals.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies that reach CIO, CFO, COO, and VP Operations-level buyers through direct outreach, network activation, and partner channels.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business pain, quantify operational impact, and build the commercial case for Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, Data & AI, or Copilot solutions.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, navigating procurement, legal, IT, and executive committee decision processes with confidence.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, business cases, and executive-level narratives that differentiate Ludia from competing SI firms.

Account Development & Expansion

  • Own post-close relationships within your accounts, identifying expansion opportunities across adjacent workloads, business units, and geographies.
  • Serve as the trusted commercial advisor for your clients staying close to evolving business priorities, technology decisions, and renewal cycles.
  • Develop account plans that map Ludia's full capability to the client's Dynamics 365 roadmap: Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, Project Operations, Customer Insights, and beyond.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure client satisfaction and position ongoing engagement opportunities before gaps open.

Sales Execution & Commercial Leadership

  • Maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline: accurate forecasting, consistent CRM hygiene, and clear next-step ownership on every active opportunity.
  • Lead internal deal reviews, scope briefings, and solution-to-client alignment sessions with delivery, architecture, and leadership teams.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements: SOWs, T&M and fixed-fee arrangements, and milestone-based contracts, in partnership with delivery and legal.
  • Operate with the urgency and discipline of a top enterprise seller managing time, pipeline, and priorities without day-to-day oversight.

Partner & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Leverage Ludia's Microsoft co-sell infrastructure by engaging PDMs, field sellers, and solution specialists to accelerate pipeline and expand reach.
  • Coordinate with the Microsoft Alliances function to identify partner-sourced opportunities, align on account strategy, and support co-sell motions.
  • Represent Ludia at Microsoft-sponsored events, industry conferences, and customer roundtables relevant to your vertical coverage.
  • Engage with Microsoft's Dynamics 365, AI, and Power Platform field teams to stay current on solution roadmaps, incentive programs, and customer priorities.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a consistent track record closing engagements at $500K+ in total contract value.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, develop, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals not just manage inbound or partner-passed opportunities.
  • Proven history of CxO-level relationship development building trust with CIO, CFO, COO, and VP Operations buyers in industrial or technology-intensive organizations.
  • Experience navigating enterprise buying processes committee decisions, procurement, legal review, IT governance, and budget cycles.
  • Prior success selling or positioning Microsoft Business Applications, ERP, CRM, or Data & AI solutions in a partner or vendor capacity.

Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft SI partner ecosystem: how co-sell works, how partners engage with Microsoft field teams, and how deals move through Partner Center.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform capabilities and how they layer into Dynamics 365 engagements.
  • Ability to conduct credible executive-level conversations about digital transformation, ERP modernization, and AI adoption in complex operating environments.

Industry & Domain Depth

  • Experience selling into one or more of Ludia's core verticals: Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, or Construction.
  • Comfort discussing operational technology, asset management, field service, project accounting, or financial systems in the context of business transformation.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into operational and financial outcomes relevant to industrial buyers.

Professional Attributes

  • Hunter mentality: self-directed, proactive, and motivated by winning new business, not managing existing relationships.
  • High professional integrity with a long-term approach to client and partner relationships, reputation-conscious and trust-first.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to produce executive-level proposals, business cases, and presentations without significant support.
  • Comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment where playbooks are being built, not just followed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience at a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SI firm: Hitachi Solutions, Avanade, DXC, Sunrise Technologies, Stoneridge Software, or comparable.
  • Existing CxO-level network in Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Heavy Equipment verticals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 and how FastTrack Recognized Architect status differentiates a partner in enterprise deals.
  • Microsoft certifications in Business Applications, Power Platform, or Azure Data & AI (MB-910, MB-920, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Marketplace or AppSource transactions and how marketplace motions support enterprise sales cycles.
  • Background using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or similar enterprise CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
