Chord is hiring an Account Executive to accelerate revenue growth and expand our customer base among modern consumer brands. This role is central to our next stage of scaling — turning strong product-market traction into predictable, repeatable sales outcomes.
The AE will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, helping brands adopt Chord’s commerce data platform to unify data, content, and insights for smarter growth.

What you’ll be doing!
Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
Deliver compelling, consultative demos that connect Chord’s platform to customer business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and retention.
Refine messaging, process, and playbooks to build a scalable, repeatable sales motion.
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Experience: 3–7 years in SaaS or eCommerce technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital-native brands, DTC operators, and eCommerce ecosystems.
Skills: Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and technical fluency.
Mindset: Motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial — thrives in early-stage environments.
