We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Dental Service Organization team and own the eastern half of our market while achieving both sales performance and customer experience expectations. top and bottom line financial goals for the company's full suite of products, services and solutions. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish value-add relationships with all stakeholders of buying decision with each customer to effectively position Carestream Dental solutions.
- Serve as primary sales consultant for assigned Dental Service Organizations (DSO).
- Create and execute business plans for each customer including targets and strategies for expanding sales of the full suite of products, and solutions while retaining the customers.
- Deliver demonstrations and required technical/support information to prospective and current customers.
- Plan the market activities to support strategic objectives including strategic marketing plans.
- Document all current and prospective sales activity, internally.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and related documentation as requested.
- Safely participate in trade shows and marketing events in person and virtually.
- Comfortable interacting with C-suite decision makers and able articulate the financial benefits to their business.
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Strategic Selling Approach
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences or related field
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience
- Existing relationships in DSO space is preferable
- Demonstrated success selling practice management software
- Demonstrated success selling dental capital equipment
- Ability to influence and gain C-Suite meetings for solution selling
- Effective management of forecast and pipeline of targeted accounts
- Ability to work closely and cohesively with internal and external partners
- Excellent communications skills
