Company Description

QAD | Redzone is redefining manufacturing and supply chains through its intelligent, adaptive platform that connects people, processes, and data into a single System of Action.

With the recent acquisition of Kavida.ai, QAD is fast-tracking its Champion AI roadmap. We are introducing agentic AI "digital workers" that automate critical procurement workflows, improve supply-chain reliability, and free up to 50% of a buyer’s workday. We are looking for elite "hunters" to lead this charge.

Job Description

The Role

This is not a transactional sales role. You will be selling Agentic AI Workers (Champions) into the heart of industrial manufacturing. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, selling to Heads of Procurement, Supply Chain Directors, and COOs who are under immense pressure to modernize their sourcing and post-PO execution.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will own the "Point of the Spear" for the Champion AI Platform:

  • The RFQ Agent: Compressing sourcing cycles from weeks to hours by automating supplier chasing and quote validation.

  • The Post-PO Agent: A digital worker that owns order confirmations, exception handling, and supply assurance to materially lower production risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the "Hunter" Playbook: Target and pursue net-new customers within the Industrial, Aerospace, and Automotive sectors.

  • MEDDPICC Mastery: Lead disciplined deal inspection and qualification. If you don't live by your close plans, this isn't the role for you.

  • Value-Based Narratives: Translate "Agentic AI" into hard financial outcomes—ROI based on cost avoidance, productivity gains, and risk reduction.

  • Internal Collaboration: Lead your "Pod" (Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Product) to deliver flawless workshops and Proofs of Value (POV).

Qualifications

Who You Are (Required Experience)

  • 3+ years of closing experience in complex B2B SaaS (Enterprise or Mid-Market).

  • Industry Fluency: You speak the language of the shop floor and the procurement office (MRPs, ERPs, S2P, Lead Times, AOG).

  • Proven Track Record: Experience closing six-figure deals ($100k+ ARR).

  • Methodology: Expert-level application of MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Additional Information

What’s In It For You

  • Virtual-First Culture: Work from home with the flexibility to lead in-person meetings in the Chicago market.

  • Atmosphere of Growth: Join a team where idea-sharing is prioritized over hierarchy.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and a collaborative culture of smart, hard-working people.

Compensation Range - This position will pay a base salary ranging from $100K to $110K with a competitive commission sales.  QAD also offers a strong benefits package inclusive of PTO, 401K matching, and Healthcare/Medical Insurance plans.
