Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth: Manage sales activity across assigned territories (Greece, Turkey, Israel, and Eastern Europe) to meet and exceed annual growth targets.
Generate Outbound Pipeline: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities using a targeted hunter approach.
Expand Existing Value: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across established accounts to maximize long-term client retention and revenue.
Lead Commercial Negotiations: Structure, negotiate, and close profitable commercial agreements while maintaining strict compliance with company guidelines.
Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Keep Salesforce updated with precise stage management, actionable notes, and accurate revenue forecasting.
Gather Market Intelligence: Collect direct client and market feedback to inform product development, regional positioning, and competitive strategy.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Units to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Experience & Background
3+ years of experience in a commercial B2B sales or account executive role within SaaS, technology, or data vendor environments.
Demonstrated track record of pipeline generation, territory management, and consistently hitting or exceeding annual targets.
Proven negotiation capabilities with experience guiding multi-stakeholder commercial deals to close.
Fluency in both English and Greek with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to travel across assigned regional territories as required.
Direct commercial sales experience within the maritime or commodity markets.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
