What You'll Do:
- Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with plaintiffs law firms
- Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospects and create deals
- Run compelling discovery calls that uncover pain points and build value
- Deliver powerful software demos that showcase our platform's ROI
- Navigate complex buying processes and close high-value deals
- Consistently exceed revenue targets
- A proven top performer with a track record of exceeding quota (must have)
- Resilient and gritty – you see "no" as the beginning of the conversation
- Intellectually curious – you ask the questions others don't think to ask
- Ambitious and driven – you're not satisfied with average performance
- Strategic and thoughtful – you can navigate complex sales cycles
- A quick study of complex technology - you can rapidly grasp and articulate the value of cutting-edge AI SaaS solutions
- Masterful at software demonstrations - you can captivate audiences and clearly communicate product benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience (must have)
- Demonstrated ability to close new business consistently
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Experience selling to law firms is advantageous but not required
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Eve and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
