Enterprise Account Executive - Nordics

Nordics (Remote)

About Upwind

Upwind is redefining cloud security. Our runtime-powered platform cuts through noise to surface the risks that actually matter - using real-time, eBPF-driven insights instead of static, legacy point-in-time scans. From agentless posture discovery to live threat detection, API and AI security, Upwind gives enterprises the context they need to secure cloud infrastructure faster and smarter.

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity, already trusted by top global enterprises - and we're just getting started. As we expand across EMEA, we're looking for an elite Enterprise Account Executive to lead our charge in the Nordics.

The Opportunity

This is a builder's role. You'll be Upwind's early move into the Nordics - owning the market, building pipeline from the ground up, and establishing Upwind as the region's go-to cloud security partner. You'll sell to the people shaping cloud strategy at the region's most sophisticated enterprises, working both the boardroom and the terminal.

If you want ownership, upside, and a category-defining product behind you, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Region Build and execute the Nordics go-to-market strategy that drives new business and establishes Upwind as the security platform of choice.
  • Sell to the Top Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Cloud - connecting Upwind's platform to real business outcomes.
  • Run Full-Cycle Enterprise Deals Own complex sales cycles start to finish: qualify, evaluate, align stakeholders, close.
  • Win as a Team Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Expand the Ecosystem Build relationships with channel partners and cloud providers to extend Upwind's reach across the region.
  • Forecast with Precision Run a disciplined pipeline with accurate, data-driven forecasting.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven enterprise sales results - a track record of closing large, complex deals across EMEA
  • Category expertise - experience selling to technical and C-level buyers in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps
  • Consistent overperformance - history of exceeding quota at fast-scaling tech companies
  • Sales rigor - fluency in structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Executive presence - sharp communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Operational discipline - strong command of pipeline and forecast accuracy and accountability
  • A builder's mindset - self-driven, entrepreneurial, energized by scale

Why Upwind

Join a team of top-tier engineers, security experts, and operators building the next generation of cloud security - and building it fast. This is a chance to shape a category, not just sell into one.

If you're an ambitious enterprise seller ready to lead a market, we want to talk.
