The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive – Partner Network to join our Growth team and help scale Blueground’s Partner Network, a strategic vertical focused on expanding supply for medium to long term stays.

The Partner Network connects vetted furnished apartment operators with Blueground’s global corporate and individual demand, enabling partners to unlock incremental revenue through our distribution platform. It is one of Blueground’s fastest growing verticals and a core driver of our global expansion strategy.

This is a full cycle acquisition role focused on converting inbound leads and warm outbound responses into signed supply partners. You will own the partner journey from first response through qualification, negotiation, and closing for small to mid sized furnished apartment operators.

You’ll operate in a startup within a startup environment where processes are still evolving and high ownership is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead Screening & Qualification: Review inbound partner applications and cold outreach replies, assess portfolio size, market relevance, and operational fit, and prioritize high value opportunities.
  • Full Cycle Sales Ownership: Run discovery calls, understand partner portfolios and operating models, clearly communicate Blueground’s value proposition, and drive deals to close.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and manage a defined pipeline segment from first contact to signed agreement, ensuring timely follow ups and strong conversion rates.
  • Partner Segmentation: Own small to mid tier portfolios, while escalating larger strategic opportunities when needed.
  • CRM & Process Discipline: Maintain accurate CRM tracking and organized inbox management to ensure full pipeline visibility. Monitor outreach quality, lead routing, and sequencing hygiene to support consistent email performance and deliverability.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with onboarding and growth teams to ensure seamless activation of signed partners, while driving timely engagement across partner accounts to maximize partner experience and conversion.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or partnerships, ideally in real estate, hospitality, proptech, or marketplace environments
  • Proven experience running full cycle sales processes from qualification to close
  • Strong ability to assess lead quality and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deals in parallel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline
  • Self starter who thrives in fast moving, evolving environments
Nice to Have / Plus
  • Experience with Apollo (or similar outbound and sequencing tools)
  • Familiarity with Front or shared inbox / communication platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
What Success Looks Like:
  • Consistent conversion of inbound and warm outbound leads into signed supply partners
  • Strong response time and follow up discipline
  • Clear pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
  • Efficient handover of signed partners to onboarding
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Group Health Insurance program
  • High-ownership role within a new, fast-growing business model
  • Opportunity to build something from the ground up and have a direct impact on growth
  • Dynamic, collaborative working environment with experienced, driven teammates
  • Flexible work environment through our Blueground Nomads employee mobility program
  • Complimentary accommodation in Blueground locations—think summer in LA and winter in Dubai
