This position requires travel 50-75% of the time

Job Purpose:

Drive new revenue thru the sale of technology products and services within assigned territories to assigned accounts.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct sales campaigns, understand client needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows, as required, to develop relationships, represent our brand understand our industry and identify new product requirements.
  • Develop proposals, both solicited and unsolicited, present the solutions and secure customer commitment to the company’s products and services.
  • Clearly understands and aligns the business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Ensure that client relationships are maintained and strengthened.
  • Completes WIN Plan strategy document for each assigned prospect and customer.
  • Cultivates a list of key contacts within assigned territory.
  • Contacts prospective customers to determine their needs and identifying the appropriate services for each customer.
  • Coordination and validation of assigned RFP responses for prospects.
  • Delivery of product demonstrations to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
  • Highly motivated and target driven and thrives to win profitable deals for the business.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5 years’ experience in direct consultative selling
  • Experience in direct consultative selling, presentation skills, customer training experience, sales and contract negotiations and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel are expected qualifications

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience selling technology products or equivalent products and services to the same buyers

 Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
  • Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.

 Salary and Benefits:

  • $82,528.94 - $94,082.99 per year
