  • Balance client value with long‑term business sustainability.

Consultant & Market Engagement

  • Represent the organization clearly and professionally in competitive situations.
  • Bring relevant market and regulatory considerations into client discussions.

Internal Coordination

  • Provide clear direction to internal partners, including Account Executives and functional teams.
  • Escalate risks, resourcing needs, or execution issues through established leadership channels.
  • Diagnose client pain points and partner across the matrix to drive to solution.

Location & Travel

  • U.S.‑based role with remote or CVS Health corporate location flexibility
  • Up to 40% travel, including overnight and short‑notice travel as business needs require

Measures of Success

Success in the SAE role is demonstrated by:

  • Strong client retention with appropriate margins
  • Clear, timely, and defensible renewal strategies
  • Credible relationships with client and consultant executives
  • Effective anticipation and management of financial or strategic risk
  • High‑quality decision‑making that improves long‑term client and portfolio outcomes
