AdAction is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Account Executive, who is accountable, flexible, and adept at clear communication across departments. We're looking for a self-driven individual with a proven track record in revenue generation, exceptional relationship building, and exceeding sales goals. Utilizing Salesforce, you'll manage opportunities and contacts.
The ideal candidate must be self-driven, motivated and hungry.

  • Your key objective is to prospect and sign new clients.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, ensuring optimal ROI through consultative sales and effective account management.
  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound emails, calls, and follow-ups on marketing initiatives.
  • Confidently lead discovery calls, presentations, and engagements with decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Understand target customers' business needs, craft proposals, and articulate the value proposition of AdAction accurately.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
  • Maintain and improve internal intranet and CRM solutions.
  • Sign and deliver IOs with increasing frequency and value month over month.
  • Represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences, as appropriate.


  • Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of proven success in revenue generation, prospecting, and expanding both new and existing business, ideally within the tech sector.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial vigor tailored for dynamic, high-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the mobile ecosystem is advantageous.
  • Skilled in multitasking and adept at finding solutions.
  • Reliable, consistent, and trustworthy.

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 + commission/bonus
