Progress Retail, a Worksmith company, is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on new business acquisition across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts, and is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative SaaS sales with a passion for retail technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive full-cycle new business sales: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals.
  • Manage a multi-channel prospecting strategy, leveraging sales automation and outreach tools.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Account Executives within the Progress Retail business unit and across other Worksmith business units.
  • Partner with Worksmith’s VP of Retail and Progress Retail’s CEO to align sales strategy with growth goals.
  • Stay up to date on retail operations trends and the overall retail operations ecosystem to serve as a trusted advisor to prospects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of SaaS sales experience with proven results.
  • Prior experience in retail technology or retail operations strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and sales automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and ability to communicate value to multiple buyer personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with consultative selling ability.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $75,000–$105,000 plus generous commissions on won business.
  • 85% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision.
  • 401(k)
