👋 About Remark

Remark is reshaping the e-commerce landscape by harnessing the power of AI and personalized support to solve a critical problem: low conversion rates plaguing online shopping. Our platform connects shoppers with a human or AI product expert to enhance customer interactions and turn browsing into buying. We partner with leading consumer brands such as Darn Tough, Stance, Pearl iZUMi, and Peak Design. Watch a short demo to see Remark in action.

👫 About The Team

We're a 25-person team with experience at companies like Amazon, Salesforce, Ramp, DocuSign, Wistia and Microsoft. We’ve raised over $27M from investors like Neo, Stripe, and Shine Capital. We recently moved into a new office in the Seaport (Boston) and we have a strong, but flexible in-office culture. We work hard but also have fun together (at least one company retreat per year + frequent team dinners and outings).

🧑‍🔧 About The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, results-driven Account Executive to fuel Remark’s next stage of growth and expansion into new markets like culinary, fashion, and beauty. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Expect close collaboration with our Head of Sales and CEO, with opportunities to shape our sales playbook, influence go-to-market strategy, and accelerate your career trajectory as we scale. This is an in-person role in our Boston office.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
  • Competitive, with a strong desire to exceed quotas
  • Willingness to guide, mentor, and delegate work to rising BDRs
  • Willingness to travel to customer meetings and industry events (e.g., Shoptalk, Expo West)
