Compensation & Benefits:
In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually, plus commissions. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.

What You Will Do:
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of enterprise-level prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, conducting demos, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our innovative B2B SaaS platform to key decision-makers.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving or exceeding individual monthly quotas and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage and nurture prospective clients.
Requirements
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B or enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage the full sales cycle with Enterprise accounts.
- Proven capability of prospecting new clients and handling 50-100 new touches/day.
- Ability to consistently exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Exceptional ability to understand sales analytics and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
